About Me

As you may already know, my name is Chris Lowden and I am a professional web designer & front-end web developer located in Pittsburgh, PA. I live with my wonderful fiance Mandy and the best cat anyone could ever ask for, Kitty. I graduated with Honors from Pittsburgh Technical Institute in 2006 where I earned an Associate In Science Degree for Multimedia Technologies.

My Technical Skills

As of 2006 I have firmly been sitting behind a Mac while the Adobe suite has been in my toolbox. I have a passion for designing and developing modern websites with my clients priorities in mind. WordPress has played a huge roll in my websites over the last year, every day I am learning new things and expanding my knowledge of the platform.

My skills include, but are not limited to: HTML, CSS, SEO, WordPress, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Dreamweaver and Panic Coda.

Getting Personal

Ever since coding my first iframe-based, table-bloated website I knew I wanted to be a web designer. Since then, designing websites has spiraled passed a passion and into an obsession. When I’m not designing websites I’m playing Xbox, airsoft, drawing on my Wacom or watching crappy 80′s action movies.
